By accessing or using ITaskers, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

User Roles

ITaskers supports two user roles:

1. Freelancer

2. Advertiser

Each user must operate strictly within their assigned role. Unauthorized access or role switching is prohibited and can lead to account termination.

Account Responsibility

1. Users must provide accurate and truthful information

2. Each user may maintain only one account unless approved by admin

3. Users are responsible for securing their login credentials

Tasks, Gig and Jobs

1. Advertisers may post tasks or hire freelancers

2. Freelancers may post gigs, bid on available jobs and do micro-task available

3. All work must follow the task or job description given by the owner

4. Revision limits and deadlines apply as defined per task or job

Payments & Escrow

1. Advertiser funds are held in escrow until task completion

2. Payments are released only after approval or admin resolution

3. Platform fees may apply and are non‑refundable once charged

Withdrawals

1. Withdrawals are processed via M-Pesa, PayPal, or TRON (TRC20)

2. Minimum withdrawal limits and verification rules apply

3. Suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in delayed or blocked withdrawals

Disputes & Complaints

1. Freelancers and advertisers may raise disputes within allowed timelines

2. Admin decisions on disputes are final

3. Accounts may be penalized or restricted for abuse

Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

1. Engage in fraud, spam, or fake task completion

2. Manipulate ratings or reviews

3.Bypass escrow or platform payment systems

4. Use automated bots without permission

Account Suspension & Termination

ITaskers reserves the right to:

1. Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms

2. Withhold funds involved in fraudulent activities

3. Restrict access without prior notice for security reasons

Limitation of Liability

ITaskers is not liable for:

1. Losses caused by user negligence

2. Disputes arising from unclear task descriptions

3. Third‑party service failures

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international digital commerce principles. For any questions regarding these policies, please contact ITaskers Support through the official platform.
